Day 8: To Wroclaw.

 On a cold morning, in the deserted Poznan station. Waiting for the Intercity train to Wroclaw...


Again, a really comfortable fast journey, to end up in bustling city train station with an amazing frontage:


Then it was a quick tram journey (free for us over 65s!) right into the heart of the old town centre, with some great medieval buildings surrounding the square, along with a church with a massively tall bell tower. I climbed it (350 steps!) to get the panoramic views of the city.






Time now to chill out in this laid back city. My accommodation is above this pub(the blue building), so who knows what tonight brings!
