Cool runnings

 Early rise today before sunrise to get a a reasonable length run before the heat builds. Managed 7 miles, which I was pleased about. There must have been 50 other runners out,  all with the same idea. Stumbled across a boho/ traveller campsite.  Lots of people living off grid. I can see the attraction of it.  To live in a world where you are anonymous, and unaccounted for must be liberating. 

 Leisurely breakfast of porridge, coffee and fruit on my return.  

Then it was a long walk with Pam's two daughters along with Max and Steve. Down to the rocky, craggy coast. Lovely clear water against the volcanic rocks.

All is chilled this afternoon by the pool.
